Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على توجهات المعنيين نحو استحداث مسار بأقسام التربية الخاصة  "التأهيل المهني" للأفراد البالغين ذوي الإعاقة، بالإضافة إلى تحديد الفروق في توجهات العاملين تبعاً لمتغير فئة المستجيب من المعنيين ( طالب جامعي، عضو هيئة التدريس، ولي أمر، عامل بميدان التربية الخاصة) من مراکز، وبرامج ، وجامعات في مدينة الرياض، تم استخدام دراسة مسحية مقارنة أجريت على عينة قصدية قوامها (288) فردا منهم 162 ذکرا و 126 أنثى من المعنيين ، طبق عليها مقياس تم التحقق من خصائصه السيکومترية.
 أظهرت النتائج أن توجهات المعنيين نحو استحداث مسار  "التأهيل المهني" کانت ايجابية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.54) (کبير) ، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأهمية لموجهات مسار التأهيل المهني بأقسام التربية الخاصة بين عضو هيئة تدريس وعامل بميدان التربية الخاصة لصالح عضو هيئة تدريس. کما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أهمية مکونات البرنامج/ مسار التأهيل المهني أکاديميا لصالح الإناث.
کما أظهرت النتائج  وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مدى توفر البنود تعزى لأثر الجنس في مکونات البرنامج/ مسار التأهيل المهني أکاديميا، واحتياجات سوق العمل، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الاناث.
کما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمهنة في جميع الأبعاد وفي التوافر ککل، وأن ترتيب الأبعاد على التوالي هو: أولاً/ موجهات مسار التأهيل المهني، وثانياً/ مکونات مسار التأهيل المهني أکاديميا وثالثاُ/ احتياجات سوق العمل. وأوصى الباحث: بادخال نهج جديد لاعداد معلم التربية الخاصة في ظل توجهات المعنيين الايجابية. واجراء دراسات تطبيقية في مسار التأهيل المهني کبرنامج مستقبلي يخص أولياء الأمور أو الطالب الجامعي و العاملين في الميدان.
The study aimed to identify the trends concerned about the development Course sections for "vocational rehabilitation" Education to adults with disabilities. It also aimed to determine the differences in the orientation of workers depending on the variable responder category of stakeholders (University student- Faculty Member -parents - Specialist) centers programs, and universities in the city of Riyadh, a survey has been using conducted to compare the intentional sample of 288 people including 162 males and 126 females concerned, A scale has been applied verify his psychometric characteristics.
 Results of the study showed that the orientation concerned about the development Course of "vocational rehabilitation" was positive with a mean of (2.54) (large), and the results showed statistically significant differences in the importance of routers of vocational rehabilitation Course sections of special education among faculty members and Specialists of the field of special education for the benefit of Faculty members. The results also showed statistically significant differences in the importance of the program components /track vocational rehabilitation (academically) in favor of females.
The results also showed statistically significant differences in the availability of items attributed to the impact of gender in the program components / vocational rehabilitation Course (academically), the needs of the labor market differences, and the differences were in favor of females.
The results also indicated statistical differences due to the profession in all dimensions in the availability as a whole, and that the order of dimensions in a row is: first: routers vocational rehabilitation Course, and secondly: academic vocational rehabilitation Course components and Third: needs of the labor market. The researcher recommended: the introduction of a new approach to prepare a special education teacher in the light of the positive trends concerned. And conduct practical studies in vocational rehabilitation as a future Course for parents or college student and those working in the field.
