| Abstract | ||
| يتناول البحث برامج الاستثمار المختلفة في مناطق التراث العمراني وطرق التمويل المتعددة للحفاظ والارتقاء بمناطق التراث العمراني، ويبدأ البحث باستعراض التعريفات المختلفة التي تعرضت لعملية الحفاظ على التراث العمراني وأبعادها المختلفة، وکذلک الأهمية الاقتصادية للتراث العمراني، وينتقل البحث إلى عرض برامج الاستثمار وأنواع المشروعات المختلفة التي يمکن أن تُقام في مناطق التراث العمراني، وأنواع التمويل المختلفة مثل تمويل القطاع العام والخاص والمشارکة الشعبية أو المجتمعية والهيئات الدولية. ويعرض البحث عدداً من التجارب العربية والدولية التي طبقت بالفعل أسلوب تمويل خاص للحفاظ على التراث العمراني ومحاولة الارتقاء به في مدينة رشيد (مصر)، بلدة الغاط السعودية، بيت عبدﷲ الزايد (البحرين)، القصر الأميري (الدوحة)، قصر الأميرة سميحة کامل (مصر)، بعض المراکز التقليدية، شارع الاستقلال بترکيا، والتجربة الفرنسية . وفي الختام يقدم البحث النتائج المستخلصة من التجارب العربية والدولية حول آليات التمويل والبرامج الاستثمارية المنفذة في مناطق التراث العمراني، کما يقدم البحث بعض التوصيات لتفعيل تمويل عمليات الحفاظ على التراث العمراني والارتقاء به. This search explains the various investment programs in the areas of urban heritage and multiple ways of funding to maintain and upgrade urban heritage areas, and search begins with a review of the various definitions which were exposed to the process of preserving the architectural heritage and its various dimensions, as well as the economic importance of the Architectural Heritage, After that The Search turns to investment programs and various types of projects that can be set up in areas of urban heritage, and various types of financing such as financing the public sector and the private and public participation or community and international bodies. the search displays also a number of experiments Arab and international already applied method of special funding to preserve the architectural heritage and try to elevate it in the city of Rashid (Egypt), the town of Ghat Arabia (Saudi Arabia), Abdullah Al Zayed house (Bahrain), the palace Amiri (Doha), Palace of Princess Samiha Kamel (Egypt ), some of the traditional centers, Istiklal Street (Turkey) and the French experience. In conclusion The research presents the results from experiments on the Arab and international funding mechanisms and implementing investment programs in the areas of urban heritage, research also provides some recommendations to activate the financing of preserving the architectural heritage and elevate it. | ||
