| Abstract Background: Women reproductive rights is nursing concern which is considered vital importance and one that has wide spread implications on health, wellbeing and development of the entire population. Reproductive health problems are leading cause of women's ill health and death worldwide. Aim: Evaluate the effect of educational guideline on student nurse knowledge and attitude regarding women reproductive rights. Design: A quasi-experimental research design. Sample: 83 female nursing students in the third and fourth academic year, purposive sample. Tools of data collection: Structured Interviewing, and women reproductive rights attitude assessment scale Results: A statistically significant improvement was observed among studied sample knowledge pre intervention compared to post intervention, significant improvement was observed among studied sample attitude pre intervention compared to post intervention, and the majority was satisfied with application of educational sessions regarding women rights. The study conclusion that there were statistically significant changes immediately following the introduction of the program and throughout the follow-up process regarding the analyzed sample awareness and perceptions relating to reproductive rights of women. Recommendation: the present recommended an educational guideline was suggested to be replicated in another setting and on another sampling. | ||
