| Abstract | ||
| تشير العديد من المراجع والدراسات إلي أن (75%) من ألام مفصل الکتف توجد في العضلات الدوراة (Rotator Cuff) وعادة في وتر العضلة فوق الشوکة، وأن إصابة هذه العضلات والتي لا تعالج عادة مبکراً، ولا يتم التعامل معها بطريقة سليمة فإنه من الصعوبة أن تسترد حالتها وتؤدي وظيفتها کما ينبغي. ويهدف البحث إلي التعرف علي تأثير برنامج تأهيلي بدني مصاحب لتدليک النقاط الانعکاسية للمصابين بآلام متلازمة انضغاط أوتار العضلات الدوراة لمفصل الکتف، من خلال تقليل حدة الألم لمفصل الکتف المصابة لدي أفراد عينة البحث، واستعادة المدى الحرکي لمفصل الکتف المصابة لدي أفراد عينة البحث، واستعادة القوة العضلية للعضلات الدوراة لمفصل الکتف المصابة لدي أفراد عينة البحث. واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي مستعيناً بالتصميم التجريبي للقياسات (القبلية- التتبعية– البعدية) لمفصل الکتف المصاب لمجموعة تجريبية واحده، حيث انه المنهج الملائم لطبيعة البحث، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من المصابين بآلام متلازمة انضغاط أوتار العضلات الدوراة لمفصل الکتف، والذين تتراوح أعمارهم من( 30: 40سنة ) ذکور وبلغ عددهم (10) مصابين, تم استبعاد عدد(2) حالات منهم لعدم انتظامهم وتغيبهم عن الميعاد المخصص للقياسات لتصبح العينة في صورتها النهائية (8) مصابين، منهم (3) بمفصل الکتف الأيسر و (5) مصابين بمفصل الکتف الأيمن، وذلک وفقاً لتشخيص الطبيب المختص،وکانت من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي تخفيف درجة الألم لمفصل الکتف المصاب وحدوث زيادة في المدى الحرکي والقوى العضلية بمفصل الکتف والعضلات المحيطة به حيث أظهرت القياسات أن هناک فروق دالة إحصائياً بين القياسات البعدية والبينية لصالح القياسات البعدية لدى أفراد عينة البحث. Many references and studies indicate that 75% of the shoulder joint is found in the rotator cuffs and usually in the tendon of the muscle above the thorn. These muscle injury, if not usually treated early and not treated correctly, is difficult to recover its normal condition and perform its functions as should be. The aim of the study is to identify the effect of a physical rehabilitation program to massage the reflex points of the patients affected with the contraction of the rotator muscle tendons of the shoulder joint by reducing the pain of the affected shoulder joint in the research sample and restoring the motor range of the affected shoulder joint and restoring the muscular force of the rotator muscles of the shoulder joint to the patient under study. The researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design and the (pre - sequential - post) measurements of the shoulder joint injury for a single experimental group which is the appropriate method for the nature of the research and then the test of the research sample by the deliberate method of the contraction of the rotator muscles of the shoulder joint. The test sample patients 'age ranges from (30-40)، including 10 males, (2) of them were excluded for their regular absence for due time of measurements. The sample in its final form was 8 injured, 3 of them with left shoulder joint and 5 with right shoulder according to diagnosis of the specialist concerned. The most important results of the study are to alleviate the pains of the affected shoulder and to increase the motor range and the muscular force of the shoulder joint and the surrounding muscles. The measurements showed that there were statistically significant differences between the post- and -in-between measurements in favor of the post measurements in the research sample. | ||
