| Abstract | ||
| يعدّ العنف المدرسي إحدى المشکلات السّلوکيّة الهامة الّتي تعاني منها المؤسسات التّعليميّة على اختلاف أنواعها ومراحلها ، حيث لا يقتصر على مرحلة تعليميّة دون أخرى . فقد أصبحت المدرســـة بيئة غير آمنـــة تنشــر الخوف بين التّلاميـــذ لما يحدث فيها من سلوکـــات عدوانيّـــة متنوّعــــة تتمثّـــــل في المضايقــات والاعتداءات الجسميّــــة واللّفظيّــة ، الماديّة و النّفسيّة ، وعليه فإنّ هذه الظّاهرة تستحقّ الاهتمام و البحث عن الأسباب المختلفة الّتي أدّت إلى حدوثها و تطوّرها کمّا و نوعا .کما تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى التّعرف على دور المدرسة في مواجهة العنف المدرسي لدى تلاميذ الطّور المتوسط ، حيث تمّ الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الدّراسة وقد تمّ اختيار عيّنة عشوائيّة من المجتمع الأصلي المتمثل في تلاميذ الطّور المتوسط ببعض متوسطات ولاية البويرة بالجزائر ، وتمّ تطبيق استبيان يتکوّن من ثلاثة محاور . المحور الأول خاص بالمعلّم ( الأستاذ ) المحور الثّاني خاص بإدارة المدرسة أما المحور الثّالث خاص بمستشار التّوجيه المدرسي .وکتقنيّة إحصائيّة اعتمد على اختبار کي2 و النّسب المئويّة لدراسة النّتائج الّتي خلصت إلى أنّ للمعلم دور ايجابي في التّقليل من العنف المدرسي ، بالإضافة إلى أنّ للإدارة المدرسيّة دور في مواجهة العنف المدرسي ، کما توصلنا إلى أنّ لمستشار التّوجيه المدرسي دور في مواجهة العنف المدرسي. وقد أوضحت العديد من الدّراسات أنّ العنف المدرسي يترک آثارا وخيمة على التّلاميذ ضحايا العنف الّذين يعانون من مشکلات في التّوافق النّفسي والاجتماعي وانخفاض في تقدير الذّات والعزلة وعدم القدرة على التّرکيز وتشتت الانتباه کما يعانون کذلک من بعض الأعراض السّيکوماتيّة مثل الصّداع وآلام في البطن وهذا ما يؤثّر سلبا على تحصيلهم الدّراسي کانخفاض الأداء والتّسرب المدرسي والتّخلي عن الدّراسة . و للحدّ من هذه الظّاهرة الخطيرة هناک عديد من البرامج و الإستراتيجيّات الّتي تتطلب تظافر الجهود و التّعاون بين إدارة المدرسة والمعلّمين و المستشارين و التّلاميذ وأسرهم . School violence is an important behavioral problem for educational institutions of all kinds and stages, not just an educational stage. The teacher has become a non-secure environment that creates fear among students for the various aggressive behavior that occurs, namely, physical and psychological harassment and attacks. This phenomenon deserves attention and search for the different reasons that led to its occurrence and its development in kind.This study aims at identifying the role of the school in confronting the school violence in the middle-stage students, where the descriptive curriculum was adopted and a random sample of the original community of the middle-stage students was selected in some of the averages of the Algerian state of Bouira. A three-axis questionnaire was implemented. The first is for the teacher (teacher) the second is for the school administration and the third is for the school guidance counselor.As a statistical technique based on the K2 test and percentages of the findings that found that the teacher has a positive role to play in reducing school violence, the school administration has a role in confronting school violence, and we have found that the school counselor has a role to play in confronting school violence.Many studies have shown that school violence has serious consequences for children who are victims of violence who suffer from problems of psychological and social harmony, low self-esteem, isolation, lack of focus and distraction, as well as some psychological symptoms such as headache and abdominal pain This negatively affects their academic achievement, such as low performance, school drop-out and drop-out. In order to reduce this serious phenomenon, there are many programs and strategies that require concerted efforts and cooperation between the school administration, teachers, counselors, pupils and their families. | ||
