| Abstract | ||
| Tourism is a key part of the economy of contemporary experience, where food plays an important role. It is also an essential part of all cultures, a key element of the immaterial world heritage, and an increasingly important attraction for tourists. The links between food and tourism also provide a platform for local economic development. The Egyptian hotel, restaurant, and institutional sector are showing signs of recovery and growth after several slow years. Sales in hotels and resorts are increasing with the recovery of tourism and the study has reached many results, including a strong moral relationship between both the efficiency of workers performance and customer satisfaction, as well as a moral relationship between food tourism as an independent variable and visitor numbers as a dependent variable. A clear increase in the number of tourists coming to Egyptian hospitality institutions. | ||
