| Clothing accessories have a clear effect on the clothing appearance, which is considered an important factor that shows the extent of civilization progress and economic prosperity, as they reflect, through their designs , decorations ,and colors, the civilizations of the society to which they belong to suit the spirit of the eras. Clothing on accessories are one of the areas of design as they have an effective effect overall appearance of the clothing. So the researchers produced 12 designs for accessories and supplements (shawls - bags - Necklaces - scarfs) using some types of needle stitches and using cordon threads in different sizes and colors. The designs were then judged by presenting the designs to a number of arbitrators through a questionnaire to verify the suitability of knotting (Macramé) method to produce modern clothing supplements and accessories. The study found that knotting of Macramé could be used in the production of modern clothing supplements and accessories. There were differences between the products as well as designs in achieving technical and aesthetical aspects and evaluation aspects (total score of the questionnaire) according to the opinions of specialists. While there were no differences between the products or designs in achieving the functional aspect according to the opinions of specialists. | ||
