| Faculty of Art Education - Helwan University The issue of rooting cultural identity is one of the important issues for the development and advancement of peoples and the advancement of mankind and society from all cultural, intellectual, scientific and political aspects, and also as a fundamental factor in shaping human behaviour, in light of the expanding technological advancement that made man open to multiple cultures In the world at the local, regional and international levels, and since the various community institutions seek to qualify the human cadres to become productive and not only consumable, and from here begins the starting point that depends on the training of cadres, provided that this is in some handicraft artistic crafts by establishing a small productive project for them, then This matter should not separate the individual from his historical and political roots in light of the rooting of his cultural identity to make his project distinct. | ||
