| الملخص: تناولت الدراسة الويبليوجرافيات ودورها في تعريف الباحثين والمتخصصين بالإنتاج الفکري المتاح على شبکة الإنترنت واختيار الأفضل بما يتلائم مع احتياجاتهم البحثية، فهي تعد أدوات مرجعية توفر معلومات ذات نوعية عالية في مختلف موضوعات المعرفة البشرية، مما دعى الباحثة إلى تتبع ورصد الإنتاج الفکري العربي المتاح على شبکة الإنترنت بهدف تصميم أداة ويبليوجرافية کنموذج للويبليوجرافيات على المستوى العربي في مجال الفهرسة يبين مدى أهمية مثل هذه الأدوات في حفظ وتنظيم الإنتاج الفکري والإفادة منه، باستخدام المنهج المسحي لحصر وتسجيل الإنتاج الفکري العربي المتاح على شبکة الإنترنت في مجال الفهرسة والموضوعات ذات العلاقة بالإضافة إلى المنهج الببليومتري لدراسة الاتجاهات الشکلية والموضوعية والزمنية لهذا الإنتاج واستخراج المؤشرات الدالة منها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها عدم توافر أدوات ويبليوجرافية على المستوى العربي، فضلاً عن أنه تم تصميم أداة ويبليوجرافية في مجال الفهرسة تتميز بحداثة وفاعلية الموضوعات بها؛ مع توفير کافة أشکال مصادر المعلومات المتاحة على الإنترنت، مما يساعد على متابعة وملاحقة تطورات الإنتاج الفکري في المجال؛ لتکون بذلک أول ويبليوجرافية عربية بصفة عامة وفي مجال المکتبات والمعلومات بصفة خاصة، کما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعداد أدوات ويبليوجرافية في مختلف تخصصات المعرفة البشرية، والعمل على إعداد ويبليوجرافي جيد من خلال تأهيل وتدريب الدارسين بأقسام المکتبات والمعلومات على إعداد مشروع ويبليوجرافي ضمن أحد المقررات الدراسية. Abstract The study deals with webliographies and their role in introducing researchers and specialists to the intellectual production available on the Internet and to choose the best that suits their research needs, as they are considered reference tools that provide high-quality information on various topics of human knowledge. This prompted the researcher to track and monitor Arab intellectual production available on the Internet with the aim of preparing a Webliography tool as Example for Webliographies at the Arab level in the field of Cataloging, showing the extent of its importance in preserving and organizing intellectual production and benefiting from it, Using the survey method for counting and recording the Arab intellectual production available on the Internet in the field of Cataloging and related topics in addition to the bibliometric approach to study formal, objective and temporal trends of this production and extract indicative indicators from them, The study reached a number of conclusions, including the lack of availability of webliographies tool at the Arab level, in addition to the design of a free webliographies tool in the field of Cataloging that is distinguished by its modernity and effectiveness of the subjects. With the provision of all forms of information sources available on the Internet, which would help in following up on developments in intellectual production in the field; In order to be the first Arab webliography in general and in the field of libraries and information in particular, the study also recommended the necessity of preparing webliographies tools in the various disciplines of human knowledge, and working on preparing a good webliographies by qualifying and training students in the library and information departments. | ||
