| Abstract | ||
| هدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين التوجهات الهدفية والتدفق النفسي، وكذلك التعرف على إمكانية التوجهات الهدفية في التنبؤ بمستوى التدفق النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة من معلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (134) من معلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية العاملين ببعض مدارس التربية الفكرية بمحافظة القليوبية. اشتملت أدوات الدراسة على مقياس التوجهات الهدفية لمعلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس التدفق النفسي لمعلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية. تمثل منهج الدراسة في المنهج الوصفي. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة العلاقة بين التوجهات الهدفية والتدفق النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة، وكذلك أشارت إلى أن التوجهات الهدفية تساهم في التنبؤ بمستوى التدفق النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة. The study aimed to identify the relationship between goal orientations and psychological flow, as well as to identify the possibility of goal orientations in predicting the level of psychological flow among the study sample of teachers of intellectual disability. The sample of the study consisted of (134) teachers of intellectual disability working in some schools of intellectual education in Qalyubia Governorate. The study tools included the scale of goal orientations for teachers of intellectual disability prepared by the researcher, and the scale of psychological flow for teachers of intellectual disability. The study method is represented in the descriptive method. The results of the study indicated the existence of a positive correlation relationship between goal orientations and psychological flow among the study sample, and also indicated that goal orientations contribute to predicting the level of psychological flow among the study sample. | ||
