| Abstract | ||
| إن التشريعات والقوانين نشأت من أجل الحفاظ على علاقات العمل ولتحقيق الاستقرار، إن قوانين العمل المختلفة لها أهداف ومبادئ ووسائل وأسس، حيث أن بعض القوانين حرصت على تطبيق مبدأ الشفافية والنزاهة، وقد رأينا اهتمامها بالبعد الإنساني والأخلاقي، فبعد إعلان منظمة الصحة العالمية اعتبرت هذه الجائحة قوة قاهرة، رغم كل ذلك لا يجوز التعدي على حقوق العمال والموظفين وعدم استغلال الجائحة في اتخاذ إجراءات تعسفية ضد الموظفين، وقامت كل دولة على حدى بإصدار اللوائح والمنشورات المنظمة للعمل للتعايش مع هذا الوباء. حيث أظهرت حقبة جديدة من التطور التكنولوجي والمعايشة مع هذا الوباء من خلال العمل عن بعد أي من المنازل، قد رأينا الاجتماعات الخاصة بالعمل والمؤتمرات التي كانت تدار من بعد على التطبيقات المختلفة مثل زوم وغيرها، أي رغم مساوئ هذه الحقبة قد أظهرت مدى قدرة هذا القطاع العريض من العاملين والعمال على التعايش الإيجابي مع هذه الجائحة. legislation and laws arose in order to maintain labor relations and achieve stability, that the various labor laws have goals, principles, means and foundations, as some laws were keen to implement the principle of transparency and integrity، and we saw their interest in the human and moral dimension، after the announcement of the World Health Organization considered this pandemic Force majeure, despite all this, it is not permissible to infringe on the rights of workers and employees and not to exploit the pandemic in taking arbitrary measures against employees, and each country separately issued regulations and publications regulating work to coexist with this epidemic.
