| Abstract | ||
| تمثل استراتيجية المحطات العلمية اختيارا مثاليا لمعلمات رياض الأطفال لتقديم المفاهيم العلمية لطفل الروضة؛ حيث تساعد على انخراط الأطفال في الأنشطة العلمية لاكتساب هذه المفاهيم ولكن لا بد أن تمتلك المعلمات الكفايات الأدائية اللازمة لتقديمها بالشكل الأمثل، وقد هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على درجة معرفة المعلمات بماهية المحطات العلمية، وكذلك التعرف على درجة استخدام المعلمات للمحطات العلمية في تقديم المفاهيم العلمية للأطفال، والتعرف على معوقات استخدام المعلمات للمحطات العلمية في تقديم المفاهيم العلمية لطفل الروضة، والتعرف على مستوى الكفايات الأدائية للمعلمات لاستخدام المحطات العلمية في تقديم المفاهيم العلمية للأطفال، كما هدف البحث التعرف على العلاقة بين درجة استخدام المعلمات للمحطات التعليمية في تقديم المفاهيم العلمية للأطفال وكفايتهن الأدائية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة درجة استخدام المعلمات للمحطات العلمية في تقديم المفاهيم العلمية لطفل الروضة اشتملت على ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسة هي البعد الأول: درجة معرفة المعلمات بالمحطَّات العلمية، والبعد الثاني: درجة استخدام المعلمات للمحطات العلمية في تقديم المفاهيم العلمية، والبعد الثالث: معوقات استخدام المعلمات للمحطات العلمية في تقديم المفاهيم العلمية، بمجمل (36) عبارة، واستبانة الكفايات الأدائية للمعلمات تكونت من (30) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، هي: مجال التخطيط، ومجال التنفيذ، ومجال التقويم. وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث على (156) من معلمات رياض الأطفال في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي 2021/ 2022، وقد أشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن معرفة المعلمات بماهية المحطات العلمية في تقديم المفاهيم العلمية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن استخدام المعلمات للمحطات العلمية في تقديم المفاهيم العلمية جاء بدرجة قليلة، كما كشفت النتائج إن معوقات استخدام المعلمات للمحطات العلمية في تقديم المفاهيم العلمية جاء الاتفاق عليها بدرجة كبيرة، كما جاءت الكفايات الأدائية للمعلمات بدرجة قليلة في المجالات الثلاثة، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطيَّة موجبة دالة إحصائيًّا عند مستوى (0.01) بين درجات المعلمات عينة الدراسة على استبانة استخدام المحطات العلمية في تقديم المفاهيم العلمية للأطفال ودرجاتهن على استبانة الكفايات الأدائية، وقد اختتم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات في ضوء ما أسفر عنه من نتائج. The scientific stations strategy is an ideal choice for kindergarten teachers to present scientific concepts to kindergarten children, as it helps to engage children in practical activities to acquire these concepts, but the teachers must have the necessary performance competencies to present it optimally. The current research aimed to reveal the degree of female teachers’ knowing of the strategy of scientific stations, as well as identifying the degree of female teachers' use of scientific stations in presenting scientific concepts to children, identifying the obstacles to the use of scientific stations by female teachers in presenting scientific concepts to kindergarten children, and identifying the level of performance competencies of female teachers, which enables them to use the scientific stations strategy when presenting scientific concepts to children, and the research also aimed to identify the relationship between the degree of female teachers' use of scientific stations when presenting scientific concepts to children and their performance competencies. The research used the descriptive method, the research tools consisted of a questionnaire of the degree of female teachers' use of scientific stations when presenting scientific concepts to kindergarten children, it included three main components, the first: The degree of female teachers’ knowing of scientific stations, The second: The degree of female teachers' use of scientific stations in presenting scientific concepts, Third: Obstacles to female teachers’ use of scientific stations when presenting scientific concepts; with a total of (36) items, the performance competencies questionnaire for female teachers consisted of (30) items distributed over three fields: the planning field, the implementation field, and the evaluation field. The research tools were answered by (156) kindergarten teachers during the first semester of the academic year 2021/2022. The results of the research indicated that the female teachers' knowing of what scientific stations are when presenting scientific concepts was to a moderate degree, and that the teachers' use of scientific stations when presenting scientific concepts was to a low degree, the results also revealed that the degree of agreement on the obstacles to the use of scientific stations by teachers when presenting scientific concepts was very high, the performance competencies of female teachers were also low in the three fields. The results also revealed a positive correlation statistically significant at the level (0.01) between the degrees of the teachers (study sample) on the questionnaire of using scientific stations when presenting scientific concepts to children and their scores on the questionnaire of performance competencies. The research concluded with a set of recommendations in the light of its findings. | ||
