The research aimed to examine the direct impact of Employees mental health (EMH) on work productivity (WP) at the Governmental hospitals in Qalyubia Governorate, and explore whether presenteeism (PRE) and absenteeism (ABS) play a mediating role in this relationship. The research began with a literature review of EMH, PRE, ABS, and WP, followed by developing a conceptual framework and formulating seven main hypotheses. A field study was then conducted using a sample of 374 medical and nursing staff at the Governmental hospitals in Qalyubia Governorate. Collected data were analyzed using partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM) using Smart PLS V.4 Software. The findings of the study imply that EMH has a statistically significant positive direct impact on WP. Moreover, statistical results also revealed that both PRE and ABS play a mediating role in the relationship between EMH and WP at the Governmental hospitals in Qalyubia Governorate. استهدف البحث دراسة التأثير المباشر للصحة العقلية للعاملين على إنتاجية العمل في المستشفيات الحكومية بمحافظة القليوبية، كما يسعى البحث لاستكشاف ما إذا كان الحضور للعمل والتغيب عن العمل يلعبان دور الوساطة في هذه العلاقة. بدأ البحث باستعراض أدبيات الصحة العقلية للعاملين، الحضور للعمل، والتغيب عن العمل وانتاجية العمل، يليها تطوير إطار مفاهيمي ومن ثم صياغة سبعة فرضيات رئيسية. وقد تم اجراء دراسة ميدانية باستخدام عينة من 374 من الكوادر الطبية والتمريضية في المستشفيات الحكومية بمحافظة القليوبية. وقد تم تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها باستخدام نموذج المعادلة الهيكلية للمربعات الصغرى الجزئبة (PLS-SEM) باستخدام برنامج Smart PLS V.4. وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن الصحة العقلية للعاملين لها تأثير إيجابي مباشر دال إحصائيًا على انتاجية العمل. وعلاوة على ذلك، كشفت النتائج الإحصائية أيضا أن كلا من الحضور للعمل والتغيب عن العمل يتوسطان العلاقة بين الصحة العقلية للعاملين وانتاجية العمل في المستشفيات الحكومية بمحافظة القليوبية. | ||
