| Abstract | ||
| نالت جودة الحياة الحضرية اهتماما کبيرا في الآونة الأخيرة لما لها من تأثير کبير على رضا وسعادة الإنسان، وتُعد جودة الحياة ناتج لتفاعل العديد من الأبعاد التي تؤثر على الإنسان ممثلة في الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية والعمرانية. لذا تناول البحث جودة الحياة الحضرية والمؤشرات والأبعاد الخاصة بها مع الترکيز على المؤشرات البيئية کأحد المؤشرات الهامة، وکّذا عناصر التشکيل العمراني المختلفة وتأثيرها على جودة الحياة الحضرية البيئية. حيث يهدف البحث إلى التوصل لتأثير شکل العمران على الأبعاد والاعتبارات البيئية اللازمة لجودة الحياة الحضرية. وذلک من خلال دراسة عينات مختارة بمنطقة القاهرة الفاطمية (شارع المعز – شارع باب الوزير – شارع احمد ماهر) وتحليل شکل العمران وخصائصه بها ومدى تأثير ذلک على الأداء البيئي بها، بالإضافة لعمل استبيان لقياس مدى رضا مستخدمي تلک الشوارع على الأداء البيئي بها. وقد توصل البحث إلى أهمية عناصر التشکيل العمراني في توفير المقومات البيئية من راحة حرارية وجودة هواء والتي تعمل على تحسين جودة الحياة الحضرية البيئية. حيث وُجد أن شارع باب الوزير يحقق أفضل قياس للأبعاد البيئية لتحسين جودة الحياة الحضرية بنسبة تصل إلى حوالي 70%، کما وُجد أن متوسط رضا المستخدمين لمقدار الراحة الحرارية يمثل أقصاه بشارع باب الوزير بنسبة حوالي 86%. بينما يمثل شارع المعز اعلى رضا بالنسبة لجودة الهواء به بنسبة تصل إلى 56%. The quality of urban life has recently received considerable attention, because of their impact on human satisfaction and happiness. Quality of life is the result of the interaction of many dimensions that affect the human beings including economic, social, environmental and urban dimensions. this study examines the quality of urban life and its indicators, focusing on environmental indicators as an important indicator, as well as the various elements of urbanization and their impact on the quality of urban environmental life. this paper aims to discover the effect of urbanization on the environmental considerations that are necessary for the quality of urban life. samples in the Fatimid Cairo area (Al-Moez Street, Bab Al-Wazir St., Ahmed Maher Street) have been selected to achieve this study. These samples are analysed in terms of the shape and characteristics of urbanization, and the impact of this on environmental performance in addition to the work of a questionnaire to measure the satisfaction of users of those streets on environmental performance. Through the research, it is noticed the importance of the urban formation in providing the environmental considerations of thermal comfort and air quality that improve the quality of urban environmental life. It is also found that Bab El Wazir Street achieves the best measurement of the environmental dimensions that improve the quality of urban life by about 70%, while Al-Moez Street represents the highest satisfaction with air quality by up to 56%. | ||
