| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على أراء أولياء أمور التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة العقلية نحو جودة الخدمات المطبقة لتلاميذ الإعاقة العقلية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة طبقت استبانة على (157) من أولياء أمور تلاميذ الإعاقة العقلية استخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي، وتتکون أداة الدراسة من جزأين، حيث يتضمن الجزء الأول (3) فقرات تتعلق بالمعلومات الأولية لأبناء أولياء الأمور من ذوي الإعاقة الفکرية، بينما تکون الجزء الثاني من (31) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد وهي (خدمات التلميذ، خدمات المدرسة/ المعهد، خدمات ولي الأمر). وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن معظم أفراد عينة الدراسة، يحملون توجهات إيجابية نحو جودة الخدمات المطبقة في معاهد وبرامج التربية الفکرية، على جميع أبعاد الاستبانة، کم توصلت أيضا أن معظمهم کانت استجابتهم مرتفعة على بعد ولي الأمر مقارنة بالبعدين الأخرين. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أراء عينة الدراسة حول بعد تقييم المدرسة/ المعهد، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول بعد التلميذ وولي الأمر وفقا لمتغير (نوع البرنامج). أما من ناحية متغير (العمر، عدد السنوات التي قضاها الطفل) فقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، لجميع أبعاد الدراسة (خدمات التلميذ، خدمات المدرسة/ المعهد، خدمات ولي الأمر) وتشير النتائج الى أهمية جودة الخدمات المقدمة في معاهد وبرامج التربية الفکرية في دعم تلاميذ الإعاقة الفکرية This study aimed to find out about points of view of parents of students with intellectual disability about quality of services provided to students with intellectual disability. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a questionnaire with (157) of parents of students with intellectual disability. The study instrument consisted of two parts: the first part contained (3) elements which elicit information about parents of students with intellectual disability. The second part consisted of (31) statements divided into three domains: student's services, school/ institute services and parent's services. The study found that most participants in the study hold positive attitudes towards services provided at intellectual disability institutes and programs in all the study domains. The study also revealed that their response was higher in the domain of parents than the other two domains. The study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the participants responses about the domain of evaluating school/ institute. There are statistically significant differences in the participants responses about the domains of student and parent according to the variable of (type of program). For the variables of age and number of years which the child spent in the program, results revealed no statistically significant differences in all domains of the study (student's services, school/ institute services and parent's services).
